The very central location is the first advantage of the house. The ski facilities are located practically in front of the house. Just cross the road and you can take the cable car that takes you to the wonderful slopes of the Civetta ski area.
Within just 200 metres, you will find all the main services: bars, pizzerias, ski and mountain bike hire, brewery, pharmacy, supermarket, lake and much more!

Fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (one with bunk bed and one with double bed) and bathroom are divided on two levels, on the 2nd and 3rd floor, offering large spaces and comfort, for a total of 6 beds, ideal for families or couples of friends. The apartment is bright, welcoming and furnished in wood that gives warmth, but with a modern style.

QUADRILO 9 (NEVEXENNE):
Large, bright and welcoming apartment, ideal for large families or small groups of friends; it is located on the second and third floor of a newly built building just 30 meters from the ski lifts. The spaces are very generous and well equipped: in addition to wi-fi connection, all the main rooms (living area and various bedrooms) are equipped with TV; the house offers a large fully equipped living area complete with a double sofa bed (which offers 3 seats when closed) as well as a service area with laundry and bathroom with shower; dining table and chairs for 10 people; upstairs there is a double bedroom with third bed, two twin bedrooms and a second complete bathroom; on both floors there are splendid terraces (one of which offers two chairs) with panoramic views towards the Civetta massif, the lake and the start of the lifts. For the guests of the apartment, the ski / boot storage service is made available free of charge at the specialized center on the ground floor of the building.
