And who better to manage this balancing act than chef Matteo Balestri: brought up in Tuscany, he has been living and cooking in the Dolomites for years now.
Our guiding principle is that good food can only come from really good ingredients. Our kitchen team puts this philosophy into practice every day, conjuring up delightful dishes from seasonal ingredients as fresh, close and fair as possible. And there’s always something amazingly tasty for vegetarians to eat too.

APARTMENT TYPE C:
Apartment consisting of a living room with double bed (can also be divided) and living area with sofa bed, a small kitchen with view of the Sesto mountain sundial, with dining table and kitchenette with a cooking hob and oven. Bathroom with bidet and shower. North-east facing balcony with view of the neighbouring house.
