A newly built luxury residence (2007), It is a modern, comfortable building fully furnished in a Zoldo style, featured by the overwhelming presence of the Dolomites larch. Architectural lines follow the different shapes that the tabia (old hayloft) of the Val di Zoldo gained throughout the centuries.The residence features 16 apartments for 4-5 people, furnished in good taste, where all ceilings have visible beams. All apartments meet the highest quality standards and feature Lcd television, Sat TV and balcony. At only 500 metre ski room at the bottom of Pecol gondolas. So, Residence Valpiccola, an amazing door to Civetta Dolomite and the huge Ski Civetta ski resort.
