The Sol e Nef residence is located in the lovely and quiet hamlet of Sottoguda, at the foot of the Marmolada Massif. It is in a strategic and sunny position from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. From here you can quickly reach the ski runs of the Arabba/Marmolada ski area, while taking the ski bus you can reach the Marmolada and Sellaronda ski runs. In fact the ski bus stop is just in front of the residence.

The Apartments Sol e Nef are composed of 12 apartments: 6 apartments studios for 2/3/4 persons and 6 apartments bilo for 4/5 persons. All the apartments are built in classic alpine style and specifically designed to make you feel comfortable, in a cosy setting, carefully furnished and provided with all the newest comforts. The residence has a lift, an outside car park, a terrace, a garden and a convenient ski room, with boot dryers and ski lockers.Every room is made with an excellent material: fir wood.
From floor to ceiling, from furniture to windows, everything down to the last detail is made with fine fir wood to create a homely atmosphere, in a perfect balance between traditional alpine style and modern style.
