Overbooking was done without anyone from the agency informing us about it beforehand (although they knew about it). Upon arrival in the evening hours, we had to sleep one night at the Planja hotel and then move to the initially booked apartment the next day (with two small children). Extremely poor gastronomic offer on Rogla (as if we were back in the 80s in the former state). Avoid the Stara Koca restaurant in Planja - unfriendly staff and even worse food. Access paths to the Macesen apartment are uncleaned and icy. 1/3 of the slopes are in operation due to lack of snow, but the ski pass prices are as if all the slopes are open.
