Location:

Villa Simona has been recently renovated, it is located in the center of Caviola and has only 3 apartments. The position is close to shops and the ski bus stop.
The property is about 3 km far from Falcade and the San Pellegrino Ski Area, and is located at the base of a hill, dominated by the picturesque church of Caviola (Madonna della Salute). This can be reached with a short walk up the hill, from there you'll have a wonderful view of the village and a lot of green areas.

Accommodation:

There is no parking space within the apartment house. You park in a public parking lot.

SIMONA P2 (MONO 3/4):

The apartment is on the second top floor of the building. We find a living room with cooking corner, a bedroom where there are a double bed and a French bed (one and a half square), bathroom with shower. The property does not have a private parking plece, but there are some public parking spaces nearby where you can leave your car.

SIMONA PT (TRILO 6):

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, the rooms are really large. As you enter there is a wide living room with cooking corner and dining area, then there are a double bedroom where there are also a bunk bed and a walk-in closet, a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The property does not have private parking, but there are some public parking spaces nearby where you can leave your car.

SIMONA P1 (TRILO 6):

The apartment is on the first floor of the building. As you enter there is a wide living room with kitchenette and dining area, then there are a double bedroom where there are also a bunk bed and a walk-in closet, a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The property does not have private parking, but there are some public parking spaces nearby where you can leave your car.

Cooking area must be leave clean, otherwise the final cleaning will cost € 25 more.

- Baby cot: available on request at the moment of the reservation; cost 30 EUR per week. It can be costless brought by the clients upon notice (it is possible to put in a every apartment)
- Extra bed: available on request at the moment of the reservation: 12 EUR/day
- Tourist tax: 0,50 EUR per person per night, children until 12 years don't pay.
