Location:
Of the ski run to the half-pipe, the cross-country ski trail down to the pasture, the sun terrace to paragliding, ideal for young and old, see the ski area Gerlitzen.With the free ski bus. (Stop is about 5 minutes walk from App Karin and Janko&Metka, and 7 minutes from Rudolf) to Annenheim, with the modern cable car to 1000 - 1900 meters above sea level and beautifully you can enjoy over 26 snow-sure slopes in the sunshine in 14 chalets and regain new energy. Ski schools and ski-snowboard rental at the mountain directly.
And if the winter is very cold, you can enjoy with your sweetheart a romantic, or with your children and an exciting slide, walk on the frozen Ossiachersee.
Apartments Karin and Rudolf are 2 km, App Janko & Metka are 4 km away from the cable car.

The apartment complex Hänsel und Gretel (appartment types C and E)Apartments Hänsel und Gretel are located on Northern part of the lake. 2 separate buildings with new big and very good equipped apartments, big balconies, with free parking. Indoor pool is open every day after 15:00 oclock for people over 3 years old.
NO WIFI IN LOBBY.
Ski bus stop: 500 meters away and drives 3x/day. The cable car is 4 km away. Nearby the apartments is backery, restaurant.
HOTEL OFFERS:
All the apartments are fully equipped: fully equipped kitchen-kitchen utensils, dishes, caseroles, glasses, plates ... /living room with bed or pull-out sofa, bedroom with bed or two separate beds, bathroom with shower or bath tub.Many of the apartments have also an oven, microwave ...but not all of them!

Pictures are taken in different apartments. Differences of apartments: colour, design of kitchen, kitchen equipment, bed sizes (140x200, 160x200, 180x200 or 2 separate beds, bathrooms with shower or tub ... but all are same category. Basic equipment is the same in every apartment.
In apartment house is also an elevator.
App houses have a space in cellar or ground floor for skies. You can lock your skies here or bring them into your apartment. Leave the skies at the balcony then.

We recommend that you bring bedsheets which are able to be put on every bed (untension bedsheets). Bed sizes are different: 140x200, 160x200, 180x200.

Second floor. Living room with full-size wall bed (2 * 90 cm * 200 cm), single couch and satellite TV, bedroom with staggered bunk beds (2 * 90 cm * 200 cm) and a small window onto the hallway, kitchenette with stove with two hotplates, mini oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilet. From the anteroom you enter a small, cozy room with full-size beds and sufficient storage space for clothing, as well as a skylight into the hallway. Electric ventilation is also built into this skylight, which you can activate yourself if necessary. In addition to the toilet, the bathroom also has a shower and storage space. The new, fully equipped kitchenette, is located in the anteroom. In the living room you will find a cozy dining area and a high-quality wall bed with full mattresses. This bed can be easily made up with just a little effort. The new couch, which could also be used as a bed for one person. From this living room you can access your secluded balcony with a wonderful lake view.

3. floor: Newly renovated living room with double bed, dining area and satellite TV, bedroom with 3 beds, New kitchenette, stove with four hotplates, oven, dishwasher and microwave, newly renovated bathroom with barrier-free shower and toilet This completely newly renovated apartment is modernly equipped with a great dining area with a lake view, satellite TV, and a new seating area, which can be easily and quickly converted into a sleeping area for two people with two full-size mattresses. You can choose how you would like to design this room for yourself. In another small room there is a bunk bed (upper mattress 90 cm * 200 cm, lower mattress 140 cm * 200 cm) with a small window onto the hallway. The new kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The newly renovated bathroom has a barrier-free large shower and toilet. From the living room you can access your balcony with a wonderful view of the lake.

2. floor friendly apartment with a loggia facing south towards the lake. The kitchenette is fully equipped (with a new ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster), the bathroom has a bathtub/toilet. In the living room (laminate flooring) there is a new, high-quality pull-out couch from with a lying area of 200 x 180 cm, a large satellite flat-screen TV and the dining area. In the small bedroom there is a pull-out couch that can accommodate one person. You can enjoy a wonderful lake view.
