LOCATION: Apartments are situated at
the foothills of the Maribor Pohorje in the immediate vicinity
of the snow stadium and within a stone’s throw of the capitol of
the Štajerska region – the city of Maribor.
APARTMENTS:
All apartments have balconies, a completely furnished kitchen
with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with a
deepfreeze compartment), hairdryers in the bathrooms, toilets,
and living quarters with SAT TV and internet access. Our
apartments are bigger compared to other providers, and have more
luxurious equipment. Several suites also have a direct view of
the snow stadium. Several of the ground floor apartments have
their own yard with a lawn, where guests can relax in the
natural environment.

cook top and high-end kitchen appliances and accessories,Shower
or a bathtub, a bide and hairdryer.
APARTMENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
Apartments for 2 people – studio apartment, a living room with a
suite that can stretch into an additional bed for two people.
They are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. They also have a
kitchen and a bathroom.
APARTMENTS FOR 3 – 6 PEOPLE
Apartment 1/3+2 is located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. It has
the master bedroom with a double bed, children’s room with a
single bed, a living room with a stretch sofa for 2 people and a
kitchen.
APARTMENTS ¼ and ¼+2
Apartments 1/4 and 1/4+2 are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd
floor. They have a master bedroom with a double bed and a bunk
bed, a living room area with an additional bed for two people or
two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with an
additional bed for two people.
APARTMENTS 1/6 + 2
Apartments 1/6+2 are located on the 3rd floor. They both have
two levels; a kitchen and a living room area with an additional
bed for two people downstairs, and two bedrooms with double beds
and an additional bed for two people or a bedroom with a double
bed and a bedroom with bunk beds and an additional couch bed or
two beds on the second level.
DESCRIPTION OF WELLNESS
The apartment house also includes a small relaxation centre,
where you can find:
FINSNISH SAUNA
A visit to the sauna relaxes muscles, detoxifies the body and
clears the mind. The warmth of the sauna embraces the body and
the water spilt on the hot rocks massages and penetrates our
skin through waves of hot, moist air. A visit to the sauna
leaves us cleansed and light, a bit tired, but still full of
positive energy and momentum. It is an activity certainly worth
trying out.
JACUZZI/MASSAGE POOL
JACUZZI Inc. is a US company which was the first to manufacture
massage whirlpools i.e. massage bathtubs. One of the early
products of the company was a simple tub with massage nozzles.
Nowadays, only few people know that “Jacuzzi” is actually the
name of the company and it has become synonymous with the
massage pool or tub with water jets.
