Description: The settlement of four apartment houses is situated on top of Pohorje, only a few steps away from the Boarding house Martin and a ski slope and less that 300m away from the upper station of the gondola lift Pohorska vzpenjača. 

Apartment:  
Each house has 2 apartments for 6+1 person. The ground floor is equipped with a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a telephone and a fireplace, a bathroom/WC, the attic floor is equipped with two bedrooms (one with an additional bed) and a bathroom/WC. Parking is possible on site. 

Two of the houses also have basement apartment for 12+2 person. The apartment in the first apartment house is equipped with a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed, TV, telephone and fireplace; 2 bedrooms (each with two bunk beds), 1 bedroom (one bunk bed), 1 bedroom with 3 beds (a bunk bed and common bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC. 

Additional service: Welnes center Bolfenk (extra payment) possibility of half board in in Hotel Bolfenk or pension Martin (charged extra)

Additional offer: skiing, skiing equipment rental and ski school,

Obligatory payments upon arrival: resident tax + caution money
