Location: by the ski track (altitude 1.050 m), near apartments Bolfenk.

Apartments:
All 4-star apartments are comfortably equipped and bright and have wooden balconies; some of them offer a fireplace. Each apartment house includes a lift and 17 apartments, most of which on the sunny south side. On the ground floor there is also a room for skis and equipment, including boot dryers.
Types and descriptions of apartments:

TIP 1: A7 +1: for 7-8 persons (95 m2): bedroom with double bed and a extra bed, separate bedroom with three beds, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, terrace .

 TIP 2: A4 +1: for 4-5 persons (61-72 m2): bedroom with one extra bed, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen and bathroom, balcony or terrace.

 TIP 3: A6 +2: for 6-8 persons (85-89 m2): bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, living room with sofa bed  and fireplace, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, balcony or terrace .

 TIP 4: A2 +2: for 2-4 persons (38 m2): studio, one living room  with sofa bed  and bunk bed, kitchen and bathroom

In apartment house nr. II guests can use sauna and whirlpool.

In front of the house there are parking spots.

Additional service: Wellness center Bolfenk (extra payment) possibility of half board in in Hotel Bolfenk or pension Martin (charged extra)

Obligatory payment by arrival: resident tax and caution money

Pets:  allowed 15 EUR/day
