Location: by the ski slope (1.000 m); access by road or by cable car.

Description: The settlement has 4 apartment houses Martin. They are all located at the top of the Pohorje in the wood near the pension Martin, cca. 300 m from top station of cable way.

Apartment:
Each house has 2 apartments for 4 to 7 persons. In the ground floor there is kitchen and living room with fire place and 2 beds, TV and bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. On has 2 beds and the other 3 beds and bathroom. Parking spot is in front of the house.

Two of the houses also have basement apartment for 12 - 15 persons. Apartment in first house has kitchen, living room with 2 beds, TV and fire place, 3 bedrooms with bunk beds bathroom and 2 WC.
Apartment in second house has kitchen, living room with 2 beds, TV and fire place, 4 bedrooms (bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms.

Additional service: possibility of half board in pension Martin; charged extra

Obligatory payments upon arrival: resident tax + caution money

Pets: allowed (extra payment)
